The only amenity is a pool and a couple of ill cared for charcoal grills. Management is hit or miss on returning emails and Tanner is never in the office. There is no cameras on the parking lots and there are problems with break ins and garbage. The maintenance guy is really friendly and competent. I hope we keep him around for a long time!
