There are new coin operated laundry machines on the bottom floor in each building. Resident is responsible for electricity from RPU. We pay for the gas, heating, water, sewer, garbage. If you want TV service, Internet, or landline telephone service, you have the option of Spectrum, CenturyLink, and soon MetroNET. We offer internet to those who want it.
