Big Bend Apts are pet-friendly and accommodate both cats and dogs. We have a two-pet maximum limit per apartment and we do charge $25 per month, per pet in pet rent. We offer professional management services, including on-site maintenance Monday-Friday and emergency maintenance over the weekends. Tenants have access to an online portal for submitting maintenance requests and processing contactless rent payments via debit/credit cards or bank accounts. We also have an office located conveniently nearby in Brentwood where you are always welcome to drop off a personal check or certified funds as well if that is your preference. Resident is required to obtain an occupancy permit from the city of Webster Groves – which you can do very easily online through their website and we do require renter's insurance as a condition of our lease agreement. The occupancy limit for a one-bedroom unit is 2-Occupants and the limit for a two-bedroom unit is 4-Occupants per municipal regulation. This is strictly a non-smoking community.
Rental Requirements – All applicants must be over the age of 21, applicants under 21 years old will be required to produce a co-signer. Applicants must have a positive credit experience, a combined household gross income (all roommates combined, before taxes) of at least 3x the rental amount, applicants must have no utility accounts in collections and applicants must have no prior evictions in the last 10 years.
