Brookhaven, Mississippi, may not be the biggest town in the state, but considering it used to be a trading post, it has come a long way. Time to Sign
When it comes time to sign on the dotted line, make sure you have at least one month's rent and security deposit in hand. Potential property owners will be looking at your money situation, rental history and may want to do a full background check, especially if renting in a complex.
