There is a spacious spare bedroom with an en-suite bath as well. There is a high efficiency heat pump, newly installed in 2023 that provides heat and a/c.

The home has just had roof maintenance done, exterior pressure washing, freshly painted ceilings, all interior walls are also freshly painted, and new sub flooring and vinyl plank flooring have just been installed throughout the home. The location of the home is amazing! You're in close proximity to great public and charter schools. There are grocery stores and other shopping (5-10 minutes), as well as all of the fun things Asheville has to offer nearby! (Asheville Outlets, Downtown, Eateries, brewery's, mountain biking and hiking trails, Parks, Biltmore Estate, NC Arboretum, all 10-15 minutes). You also have the option to head west into Haywood County for a lot more to see and do!
