Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.  FEES:  Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.  RATES PAYMENTS:  Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. The primary bedroom and living room are oceanfront and lead out to the large ocean front decks, perfect for outdoor dining and watching the waves roll in. Both the primary bedroom and second bedrooms have Queen beds, the third bedroom has two Twin beds and there is an additional sofa bed for sleeping located in the living room.
