“Despite years of promises, there are no EV chargers. Parking is always available, but rarely the best spots. Trucks park in compact only spots, and if you arrive after 6pm or so, you are sandwiched between concrete beams and other cars. The steam sauna breaks every few days or weeks, and the parking gates are perpetually broken. The garage has not been secured since January and multiple gates are left open because the manufacturer that makes the parts and motors for the parking gates is awful and duplicates are not in stock. Lots of roaches in the pool area and sky lounge at night despite weekly pest treatment.”

City Guide for Chapel Hill, NC
Chapel Hill is a proud part of the Research Triangle—an area so named because of its abundance of universities. Yes, Chapel Hill is a college town--par excellence--that comes with all the trappings of campus living, including loud parties and a transient population. However, the campus has imbued the area with a strong, diverse and liberal atmosphere that makes Chapel Hill living quite pleasant, and helps to explain why students don’t seem to want to graduate around here… View Chapel Hill City Guide
