The Apt had mold in the windowsill and bathroom. The paint in the bathroom was bubbling of the wall. My AC unit quit working and it took Management almost a month to get it fixed. The Apt smelt terribly of Pot and I have never smoked even a cigarette! I also quickly realized that I had to chain everything I own up,Kayak, bike, patio furniture because other residents took it upon themselves to use or steal what didn't belong to them! It was the longest 6 months of my life and I got outa there as quickly as I could!!!
