Fishing and swimming right off the dock are always a popular Lake Norman pastime! Kayaks are also available for you to explore the quiet cove surrounding the property.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 11; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

**This pool is NOT heated. Pool will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1
