To view the home we ask that you come by the office Mon-Fri between 10:00am and 3:00pm to check out a key to view the properties that you are interested in BEFORE submitting your application.

Pet Policy: Small dogs ONLY, $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Pet + $20/Month Pet Rent Per Pet.
Technology Fee: $20/Month

- Rent below $1,000 - Credit Score of 550+
- Rent above $1,000 - Credit Score 600+
- No evictions within the last 5 years
- Income must be at least 3.5x the monthly rent
