This apartment is perfect for a couple or easy going professional looking to be close to NC State, downtown Raleigh, and many other amenities. It is within five minutes of NC State and within ten of downtown Raleigh, and is in a friendly, quiet community.

It features a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, screened in back porch, and storage area off the porch. I have included a floor plan as well so that you can see how everything is laid out. We use the dining room, which is really just an extension of the living room, as an office area, and the back of the kitchen as a dining area, theres plenty of room for a table back there.

It is pet friendly, but there is an additional $20 per month charge for a pet.

My peoplefriend and I are looking to move into a house that has space for a workshop and a yard for our dog, so we are trying to sublet this apartment to another tenant until the lease is up on July 31. The lease would be transferred to your name, and once it is up, you would be welcome to sign a new lease.
