Management sucks they are goldmark. We weren't notified until the day before our walk through to get our keys that there was cockroaches, none of the painting was done, no carpets were replaced, all the maintenance wasn't completed and they did not properly clean the apartment either. We wait an extra week to move in. Most of the maintenance wasn't completed only changed carpet in living room and 3rd bedroom. This was April. August we are still dealing with cockroaches. They only treat the apartments that have complained not the whole building. They have had to come treat our place several times. There is also alot of immigrants that live here and there kids are rude as he'll. No manners. Our upstairs neighbors kids use our stuff on our patio to climb up to their patio or on top of the garages.
