The parking situation is decent but could use some enhancement in certain spots. The advertised dog park is missing, though a small trail area between some trees is available for walks. The gym facilities are quite limited, with only one free weight station. Additionally, management and maintenance have room for improvement, particularly in communication and follow-through, as many emails went unanswered. I love living at the Bungalows. I have a gorgeous one bedroom with attached garage. The management keeps us very well informed and the maintenance team is superior! The grounds are gorgeous! The complex is peaceful and quiet.
