This is a 2nd floor apartment located within an owner-occupied home. You will have the entire apartment for yourself.

For commuting purposes it is a 15 minute walk to the train station for direct access to Manhattan in 30 minutes via train. Driving into New York City is also around 30 minutes providing it is not at traffic peak hours. Location is just two blocks from the nearest highway.

Bedroom 1 hosts a queen size bed with a tempurpedic mattress and an extra gel topper added for extreme comfort. There is a small couch in this room that transforms into a single bed. This bed can easily accommodate someone up to 6 feet 4 inches.
There is a television in this room with local channels via antenna and a roku device for Netflix, Hulu, HBO go, showtime go etc. There may be a Netflix account already added to the device, however, the others may need your input.

Bedroom 2 has a full size bed with a tempurpedic topper added to your mattress for extra comfort as well. This room also has a television with smart options such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO go, showtime go and many others. Please note that some options may require input to watch. Theres also a small seat/chair located next to the bed.

Beyond the bedrooms, the living room hosts a large sofa, large tv with Verizon cable.
Dining room has a 6 seater table for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the kitchen nearby to prepare your meals.

Please note that unfortunately I can not accommodate 24/7 parking in the driveway. However, due to recent changes regarding 2 hour restricted parking in the day, I will accommodate parking for one car only, from 10:00am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Saturday if you need parking....
Night-time is available on all streets without restrictions. Unrestricted all-day/all-night parking is located on the street the home is on. Signs on that road are outdated but please always read parking signs and Im always available to answer any questions.

There are cameras on the exterior of my property for security. However one sits in the inside hallway of the common area just beyond the front door.
Your location is the second floor and there are absolutely NO cameras on or in the second floor apartment.
