Location is amazing, amenities are okay. Pricing isn’t too terrible, but is a little high for what you’re receiving. Maintenance was on top of things, but lately the workmanship and overall quality is diminished. Apartment had minor flaws, but overall was comfortable and well-kept (units may vary). Overall positive experience, will be renewing my lease for another year. Primarily because 1.) location, location, location!
Don’t care about resident that lives there my apartment gotten broken into 4times and they didn’t nothing
