hello....for the right person this will be a good situation....when i am in new york it will be a share and of course less rent....usually back in La sometimes up to 6 months....but need more flexibility....to come and go....will be going back in Decemeber.....so it is room mate but you get the apartment when not there....one mature person only....no smoking...prefer vegetarian....i am easy to share with as considerate....the room is small but next to the bathroom and dont ever take a shower if someone is home......the building and apartment is quiet....
