It's a more urban part of town and you'll find a lot of fast food and chain restaurants dotted along the Babylon Northport Expressway, which runs north/south through the neighborhood.
Sylvan Road / Deer Park Avenue: Look here for better deals on apartment complexes and high-rise apartments. This area also scores high on the convenience factor with lots of small markets and shops around.
