Perhaps the best location in OTR, the Hogan is one block East of Washington Park and West of Vine Street's entertainment district that overlooks a small city park. On Republic, a street whose name was changed from Brennan during World War I's anti-German hysteria, the building is named after the Ohio Attorney General who fought to restore freedom for all.
