It is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Cleveland Heights and is conviently located, at walking distance, near Dave's Market & Eatery (2 min by car, 7 min by foot) and Cain Park (2 min by car, 13 min by foot). Also, Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic Hospital are located nearby which is about a 7 to 10 minute drive away respectively. That's why this room would be perfect for travelling medical professionals, and university students who need a place to stay temporarily more than 30 days up to a year or for those who need a longer stay for more than a year but like the convenience of not having to buy furniture.

NOTE: There are currently, 3 females that live in the house, 2 that are retired and 1 teenager who is still in highschool. It would be preferable to have another female living on the 3rd floor.

Income should be 3 x the rent amount to qualify. If you're a university student and don't meet the income requirement, a parent can cosign on the lease.

For a Month to Month lease agreement the rent will be $849 with a $400 security deposit.
