Pepper Pike is considered to be an affluent suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. The town is conveniently located just twelve miles east from the downtown Cleveland area, making it easy for residents of the area to access the rich array of Cleveland cultural activities and amenities. The town is bounded by SOM Center Road to the east and I-271 to the west. The northern boundary is established at Cedar Road while the southern boundary is delineated by Chagrin Boulevard. Pepper Pike was eventually named after the popular Pepper clan and was incorporated as a city in 1970.
