The reasoning for my rating is because where I live in the complex is nice and quiet and Solon Parks is 17 minutes from my parents house and I can easily get to them whenever I have too. I happy with the free surface parking for both my cars. I really don’t have anything to complain about at all really I’m going on to my 3 month of living at Solon Parks and I’m pretty satisfied. I definitely recommend this place for sure to anyone.

Rent is too high there’s never any parking you’d have to pay for a parking spot which comes to 55$ a parking space should be included in rent they say rent is 1400 when you apply for the apartment and when you actually start paying rent it’s 1650 ..
