Once a Walmart is built, all other businesses follow. This neighborhood surely is having a growth spurt. If you want to be central to Glenpool's activities, consider renting here.

S 26th W Ave: Just southwest of Broadway Ave neighborhood, S 26th W Ave area is also close to downtown Glenpool. This area is unique in that all the homes are nearer to Oklahoma City. They have not finished construction in the area but it promises to be a more developed area very soon.

S Nyssa St: Northeast of S. Broadway Neighborhood is Nyssa St. Neighborhood. This area is closer to Tulsa and has many streets full of vacant houses awaiting Newcomers. This street breaks up and reappears but the homes are all within the Elwood/161 area.
