Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets (cats or dogs) allowed. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month per pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, refuse service and any desired internet/cable services. (No specific gas info provided.)

Laundry: Washer and dryer included in the downstairs bathroom.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for lawn and yard maintenance.

Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
