“I don't know what is up with the delivery here but it is a hassle to ask the office to search the Amazon hub for our packages, I wish we would get our own code to check the boxes. But I do understand that may be much. I also wish we had one specific code for the building for the delivery, resident, and friends. That way if something goes wrong security wise then it can be cut off and we don't have to worry about anybody being able to get it. Overall I am super happy with the cleaning in the sense that I hate spider webs so I am glad that they were able to clean off the front door in order to get into the building.”

“We absolutely love living at the preserve. If there is ever a maintenance issue, it’s either fixed the day of or the following morning. The staff at the leasing office is very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions we may have. They do an amazing job of keeping everything clean and tidy & the area the apartments are in is very calm and quiet.”
