Designed and built with careful attention to every detail, Buckman Terrace offers spacious apartments in a unique setting. The building overlooks a large city park and offers unimpeded views of downtown. The 12-acre park is a great place for a run after work, a tennis game on a summer Saturday morning (or indoor classes in the winter), or a pick-up softball game with friends. You're less than a 10-minute walk from all of the stores and restaurants of the Lloyd District or from the bustling neighborhood coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, and movie theaters of 28th and Burnside. Or just relax in the building itself by the lobby fireplace or up on one of the 4th floor sun terraces with our subscription to the New York Times.

I love the way Rea manages the building. The people are friendly and welcoming. Rea stays on top of everything. It’s a great deal. I’ve rented since I got separated and divorced in 98.’ This is the best of all the apartments where I’ve lived. A good reason is Rea really runs this building like a Swiss clock.it has plenty of amenities and they reward my good credit. They’ve fixed things immediately. They keep up with everything. I only wish it wasn’t as close to a bike coffee shop, it can get pretty noisy. Luckily the windows are thick and the walls are thick so it’s a lot more quiet than in some buildings where I’ve lived.
