This is a four unit apartment building. The backyard is shared with all the tenants. Street parking is available in front or there is a parking pad in the back. This unit is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath. Rooms include Living Room (14 x 14), Fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge (18 x 8), Bathroom, Master Bedroom (11 x 9), Second Bedroom (10 x 9) and a sun room (19 x 5). This unit was recently painted and new flooring in the bedrooms, living room and sun room.
**We allow small pets with a $450 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $30/month pet fee.
**Tenants are responsible for lawncare and snow removal.
