Management and maintenance is lazy. They do not answer your phone calls. If they respond to your email, it will take weeks and multiple follow-ups. The trash rooms are always disgusting, they do not clean any amenities daily and it'll be sometimes multiple days (which gets disgusting). They will close your maintenance request before actually doing anything about it and emailing you that you shouldn't have submitted that. If they say they will fix something, they will not unless you remind them multiple times. Even then you don't know if they will get it done. This place is run by lazy people who do not actually care about their job. If you move here and have issues with something, your best option is to bring it to corporates attention.
