When I moved in I was denied a viewing of my apt. and I had no working sink due to the disposal not being connected along with a broken dishwasher. It took over a month to get this addressed. I also had to keep asking for a dryer that worked which took time to get replaced as well due to having just one maintenance man at the time. The elevators break down often and we are billed extra fees just for this type of thing.
