The World Tour community is a quiet and peaceful location so no need to worry about large crowds! This Myrtle Beach condo can accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms. This complex is located on the World Tour Golf Course, and is within a ten minute drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions. World Tour is beautifully decorated and offers a bright and beautiful living area that's elevator accessible! The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and an open view of the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals and enjoying some quality time with your family. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Also for your convenience use the washer and dryer inside of the condo and avoid the laundromat! Other Things to Note: Guests of World Tour get two parking passes This condo is completely non-smoking (this includes the balcony) This condo is not pet friendly This community is not motorcycle or trailer friendly This community has an on site gym and pool for your enjoyment! Linen price is factored into final price of stay. This unit is available for monthly rentals now through January 31, 2025 and all of March 2025. Rent is $1,395. per month, security deposit is $1,395. A processing fee of $95 is due before move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
