To be approved for one of our homes, our requirements are based on monthly income (must gross 3x the rental amount), owe no utility companies or other property management companies, based on an overall review of the credit, evictions, referral information and a background check. You must include with your application: • past 3 months of bank statements • your 3 most recent pay stubs or statements of income • 1 personal reference, 1 employment reference and 1 rental reference • a valid driver’s license, social security card or state issued ID.
