The living room and dining room are right when you enter in to the house. The kitchen is on the main floor along with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with closets. The second floor has a large bathroom with 3 bedrooms all with closets. This house does have a large backyard. We allow pets with a $750 pet deposit and $25 added onto the monthly rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
