Well, Well, Well.....how are we going to divide this up? This shop space was bought for a bunch of reasons. However, we can't decide which reason is best. Do you need an office space? Do you need a warehouse space? Do you need both? There is a great lobby space complete with 3 private offices. One of those offices has a private entrance. Office walls are ugly brown paneling which will soon be painted. The flooring is wood look tile in the lobby and private offices! We will add mini splits in each office for heating and cooling. Currently the owner is storing some vehicles in the shop space and is in the process of adding foam insulation to the shop walls. The back of the property is fenced and will soon have a ramp poured so that cars can be driven in from the back, not just through the side door. Owner is flexible on a lot of things here.
