there's gunshots throughout the night, it's advertised as a gated community but the gates don't work, it's advertised to have a computer room/office room but there isn't one, there's many homeless, there's not enough parking spots ever, it's priced similar to other apartments that have a gym, clubhouse, etc., there's always people who do not live at the apartments dumpster diving or throwing loads of trash in the dumpsters
