“My ONLY concern ( I don’t even want to call it a complaint) is that for $250 a month my internet often drops, drags, or slows down during the day. I WFH and we have tech requirements. Once, it froze during job interview and the speed test read download too slow to even run the test. I often have to have several screens up with video calling and it runs slow. I have had the same job for 2 years. I did not have this problem until moving here. It’s doesn’t happen all the time. And I don’t know how it could be fixed. Seems like a small issue. But, it is my only concern. I have greatly enjoyed most everything else.”
