Apartments are not renovated at all. We paid for a renovated apartment and apparently that means dry way and paint chipping enormous scratches on the mirrors and cabinets and water leaks in the hvac. All of which the management refuses to fix. First time in my tremendous rental history that I’ve consulted an autorney to get out of the lease.
