I turned in a maintenance request to get a new washing machine as my washing machine does not work properly 1st month I moved in. I've been waiting several months for it. I was told that it had arrived, and it would be installed 3 weeks ago. This week my microwave stopped working. And they told me that they could probably pull one from an empty unit and ended up ordering a new 1. It still hasn't arrived four days later. The mail room has been down for weeks.And getting packages has been difficult.
