The ‘amenities’ are just things you are forced to pay for that you don’t actually get any benefit from. ‘Valet’ trash seems to decide when or if they are going to pick up your trash and occasionally will rip a bag open and just leave the contents of your trash all over the floor. You have no choice but to pay for their wifi and cable, which has not worked a single day since I have lived there, and when I told them that, they just gave me the same instructions on how to access the website (which I already knew) and didn’t actually fix the problem. The keypads for the unit have to have to batteries replaced once a month and sometimes will become unable to use due to low battery and you’ll just be locked out of your apartment. The hallways are absolutely disgusting and covered in animal feces and urine at all times basically. They tow your car whether you are a visitor or resident, they will find any and every excuse, even if you have paid for your permit. The gates to get into the garage have been damaged since I have moved in as well and subsequently, cars get broken into semi regularly. Units are very overpriced and tiny and the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night seemingly for no reason. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a building or landlord, period.
