I transferred to a different and better apartment after living there for three years but when they transferred me, the apartment was so nasty, roach infested, and everything was broken. They didn’t want to fix the problem or transfer me to another apartment. In the end, nothing got resolved, they didn’t want to prorate me for the days that the apartment was unlivable and I had to move.

The property is not taken care of, walk the exterior and you will see ripped window screens, trash and so on. My electric bill was higher in my first floor apartment than my 2 story, 4 bedroom home and that was due to maintenance of the unit, window screens being ripped and thin. You can't control your neighbors, but they smoke in a none smoking apartment and it comes down into my unit. I cannot get out of here fast enough.
