Been waiting over a month and still waiting on 3 work orders to be completed. I had my ceiling cave in on my daughter and they did nothing about it but told me to turn my ac off in 100 degree weather and offer me a new unit. I had to call COH, BBB, HAA. I definitely would not recommend!
