I regret moving in. The apartment was trashed at move in, things were broken, I had to call them about mold and mildew in common areas. Contractors and maintenance half fix things and tell you it’s fixed. That’s if they even bother to check your work orders. You will wait months for any simple thing to get done. 0/10 experience here

They should have apartment ready before move in. I moved in and apartment was dirty with broken items and dead bugs everywhere. Maintenance ignores work orders and cancels them before completion. Overall a terrible experience for the few months I’ve been a resident.
