I initially moved in, in June. My neighbors allow their dog to poop all over their porch and not clean it up for a month at a time. Numerous occasions have I brought this to management and it’s been subpar action at best. I then found out my lovely neighbors upstairs have zero respect or care for others below them as they cause the most noise i’ve ever heard. I know it’s an apartment and you’re going to here some steps, but this is just normal foot movement. Lastly, the apartment is old, I do get that, but I shouldn’t have broken pieces of wood that fall off every time I shut a cabinet or open my dishwasher.
