3. No EVICTIONS or JUDGMENTS from past landlords or property management companies. Broken leases may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a higher security deposit.
4. NO sex offenders, No felons within the past 10 years.
5. No aggressive breeds. No Pitbulls, No Rottweilers, No Staffordshire Terriers, etc. Our insurance company does NOT allow aggressive breeds! If you are claiming to have a "service animal" or ESA, then a doctor's note will be required.
