Just some problem at the beginning of my lease but everything is taking care of now

Maintenance was horrible. I had placed tickets when I moved in (November, 2023) to have things fixed, and they weren't fixed until May/June of this year 2024. Every time I would put in a request to have things fixed, it wasn't done in a timely manner. I was home sick one day and I called in the morning because the toilet was not working, they didn't fix it until end of the day around 6:00pm. I went all day without a working toilet. Maintenance workers, would leave filled and empty water bottles when they "fixed" something. So I would come home to my lights being turned on, and their mess they left. They also used my restroom and left food crumbs in there. Not to mention the constant hot water shut offs that happened more than 4 times in the winter and at least once a month after. There was always noise, I could hear my neighbors alarm go off at 4:00am in the morning. Maintenance workers would talk so loudly by my bedroom window, there was no sleeping in the morning. My upstairs neighbors would stomp like if they were giants all through the night. It was very hard to sleep in my own apartment. I would not recommend living here
