Avanyu Acres: This community is located near Cedars Townhomes. It is located near the Bonneville Trail, making it ideal for people who enjoy outdoor activities such as walking and hiking.
Temple Shadows: If you need a lot of space you might enjoy living here. Temple Shadows is a closed community that has large, sprawling homes, a children's playground and a swimming pool.
In addition to these gated communities, there are apartments for rent or sale in the surrounding areas. Cedar Hills residents can choose between high-altitude homes and moderate-altitude homes. High altitude homes provide a better view of the city, although all of Cedar Hills is situated on mountain terrain.
