Let’s start with the great things. Maintenance team is on top of their game. As long as I submitted a request plenty of time before 6pm it was done the very same day. Very huge because you always hear about maintenance taking forever. That is not the case here. I also love that you can give them the option to enter without you being there so I don't have to take work off. Second is the insulation is crazy good. I heard my neighbors RARELY. You can hear everything going on outside though which is interesting. But overall it’s amazing that im not bothered by the people above below or to the sides of me. The location isn’t as safe as some. But I was never concerned about it. If your a girl alone dont go wandering at night. If you do happen to get back late though the parking lot is well lit. The space is very nice and modern. You could make it into whatever you wanted. I do think they charge way too much for other random things especially when the amenities aren’t always being renovated yet they could nearly afford to build a new pool each month lol. All of these things were great and gave a great first apartment experience. The reason I give 3 star is because of the parking and the fact that the management and staff dont give a flying fart about it. I moved into a three bedroom with two other friends hence we all had different cars. They would only allow us to BUY 2 spots. So one of us was in the community parking every month. I will never ever miss coming home at 5pm and circling the complex for 30 minuets to an hour waiting for a spot to open. I really dont understand why they wouldn’t let us BUY another covered spot or garage. And no they weren’t all full you always see empty ones in the lot. So what did they do about the constant complaining about there not being enough spots? Well first they turned 8+ of the community spots into electric car charging stations where you could not park unless you were charging. My friend got a whopping $400 tow fee for leaving her car there for 10 minuets. They also told none of us that they were doing that and never posted signs that you couldn’t park there. The second thing they did was turn more community spots into assigned spots. This helped literally no one. First of all they sat with cones for literal months with nobody able to park there. And then they denied us a spot. So I have no idea who they were giving those to and why. All they did was make it worse for the people who have to park in community spots because they wont allow you to pay for additional spots. In addition there are no parking signs all along streets and neighborhoods surrounding. Which is typical but usually there’s something around as a last resort. You’re looking at state street with the semi-trucks baby. So ya in conclusion there are things to like about this place. But when the parking ruins your day every day its hard to see the good things. Especially when the managment is so naive that they continue to get rid of community spots and deny people to PAY FOR a covered or garage spot. And they keep a bunch of project supplies in the covered spots all the time. So again they can’t even say that all of the reserved spots are being used.
