They are charging the electricity used to charge cars to the common space electric bill that is split between all residents instead of billing only the residents who have electric cars. Management has done nothing about it. Just like any other complex the cost is over the top. It took almost a month for them to fix my A/C in the middle of the summer when it was 100 degrees outside.
