Four to eight weeks is enough prep time before you make a serious move. You should be able to work out the kinks and get your plan together within this time. Be sure to have a copy of your ID, a security deposit, bank statements and several copies of your pay stubs on hand because a landlord or apartment complex will probably verify them. If you're moving to all bills paid apartments, then you need to know specifically what bills are included.
Make sure you factor in the cost of hiring movers if you chose to do so. If not, save the money and spend it on a good meal after you move. Cooking is the last thing you'll probably want to do after a major move. A good map of Tremonton is recommended so you can maneuver through the various neighborhoods.
