Great price for location, responsive and friendly management and maintenance, old building so the amenities and interior of building are old. Nearby the DCA airport so some residual noise from planes.

old carpeting in hallways with possibly mold; all hallways smell; apartments need to secure mice or rodents (seal holes and cracks in all areas including kitchen and bathrooms
