Holston View is Located right off of Euclid Ave and Lee Highway in beautiful scenic downtown Bristol.
Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. Beautiful original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent.
**Please Note : -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.**
Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month.
Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move-In Fee - We charge a one-time Move-In fee equalling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a Security deposit alternative through obligo or the payment of a full security deposit, usually the security deposit alternative costs between $100 and $800. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry: we have on-site coin-operated laundry areas available for tenant use.
Parking: Every Tenant is allowed at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
