Pretty 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath town has ceramic tile and granite counters in the gorgeous kitchen. Living area and bedrooms are carpeted. Small fenced backyard. This is located in the Green Run community with access to the community pools in the summer months. Central Virginia Beach location is close to the interstate and has easy access to all our area military bases. Sorry - no pets.
LEASE REQUIREMENT – 12 Months Minimum. This could be longer, as we do not expire leases from Oct through Feb.

(Relationships must be spouse or parent/child to qualify.) - Not owe any money to a previous landlord - Not have any recent evictions - Not have any past due or charged off utilities, car payments, furniture loan, credit cards, or other consumer loans reported on the credit report or court records - Have no excessive accounts in collections or charged off reported on the credit report - Not have been convicted of any crimes against people or property in the last 7 years - Not have been convicted of any drug manufacturing or distribution charges in the last 7 years - Have no vicious breed dogs
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (HOW TO APPLY): Visit our company website at www.pmivirginia.com. Click on Rentals and click on VIEW DETAILS for the property you want to apply for, then click on APPLY ONLINE. Ensure that you have all the required documents handy (Log in info for all if your income deposit sources, your most recent 2 months paystub for all income sources, Government Issued IDs for all adults). Complete all the Required Information then Hit Submit. Go to your e-mail and find the e-signature that will walk you through signing and paying for the application.
THIRD PARTY INCOME VERIFICATION - Applicants will be required to complete an income verification with payscore.com. Be sure to include ALL of your bank accounts that have income deposited into. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE INCOME VERIFICATION WILL RESULT IN APPLICATION DENIAL.
UPON ACCEPTANCE: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. (See exception for SEC 8 voucher holders below.) A whole month’s rent will be due upon move-in. If lease begins after the first of the month, a prorated rent will be charged for the second month of the lease term.
MILITARY APPLICANTS: Please upload a copy of your most current orders with your application. Your PRD must be at least 12 months after your lease start date.
SEC 8 APPLICANTS: Please upload a copy of your voucher with your application. If the voucher indicates a bedroom # the same as the property you are applying for or more, we require you have monthly verifiable, reliable income of at least one times the rent. If your voucher indicates a bedroom # lower than the number of bedrooms you are applying for, we require you have monthly verifiable, reliable income of at least two times the rent. Upon acceptance, a reservation fee equal to one month rent is due must be paid for the property to be held for you. Applications will only be processed if the applicant confirms they have the funds available to pay within 48 hours. If you are accepted, the property will remain on the market until the reservation fee equal to one times the rent is received to reserve the property. First Month's Rent due at Lease Execution.
APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days depending on how quickly your references respond to our inquiries. Applications submitted on weekends or holidays will be considered submitted on the next business day. Applications will not be considered completed until the petscreening.com and payscore.com reports are completed, and all adult applicants have completed the following: submitted all required documentation, signed the application, paid the application fee.
